Day 0 – 2.0 – Back again!
Well it’s been a year since I updated this. Its not that I stopped with the gym, but I did pretty much reduce to almost non-existant and have made zero progress in that time. Wonder if this time will be any different.
In that time the gym has some new updated equipment which I have been down and experimented (and somewhat embarrassed myself) on.
So the goal is the same. Improve what I’m eating, increase the amount of exercise I’m doing. Lose weight, get fit.
This place will once again be my diary (that just so happens to be open to the world). So you will need to forgive the times when I start talking to myself here. Its for my benefit at the end of the day, hopefully you might find it useful too, but thats not the motivation.
So today will be my first day back in anger, with travel to the US scheduled for Sunday I’d like to at least kick-start some of that effort before I get out there. Wish me luck!
