Day 2 of 2020 – Cliche!
Due to travel, Christmas activities for the family and general business I was unable to get much done before Christmas. I was determined not to be a “New Year, New Me” kind of person though and yet here I am, January 2nd and first gym session in the bag. It was actually a pretty good session and I was relatively pleased with myself. I didn’t push it too hard, my set list is below, but came away feeling I had achieved at least a start. I will be back again today (I’m writing this on the 3rd Jan). I am also developing a couple of plugins for this site to enable me to keep track of weight and sessions with a simpler interface and a bit more consistency. We’ll see how that goes given the current demands on my time. I will be prioritising the actual sessions rather than writing about them.

Today I want to approach it with a bit more structure. Yesterday was really a turn up, see what was available and crack on.
