Day 3 – Bah! Rest day
So I opted for a rest day on Wednesday 2nd, October. I had a lot to do in the morning and somehow felt so tense and tight that training didn’t feel right. However, I felt crap and grumpy the whole day. Don’t know if these two things are related or whether I’m coming down with something. Stuck pretty well to the food intake plan (you’ll be able to see the daily intake summary as well as the gym and weight progress once I’ve finished the plugins for those. I am working on them!). Overall a crappy day where I went to bed at 19:00 and fell asleep in my clothes. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
